Refund Policy
We want you to feel good about every set you order from Awaset. If something
doesn't fit, isn't quite right, or arrives less than perfect, we'll make it right.
30-Day Window
You have 30 days from delivery to contact us about any issue with your
order. Email us at support@awaset.com with your order number and a brief
note about what's wrong. The remedy (refund, replacement, or store credit)
depends on the type of issue — see sections below for details.
No Return Shipping Required
Because we ship internationally, we don't ask you to mail items back. Once your
refund is approved, you can keep, donate, or pass along the item — your call.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your set arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email
support@awaset.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
We'll send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund — whichever
you prefer.
Sizing & Fit
Full bust × plus band sizing can be hit-or-miss across brands. If your
set doesn't fit, email support@awaset.com within 30 days. We'll either:
(a) issue store credit for the full purchase amount toward a different size, or
(b) ship a replacement size at no charge if the size you need is in stock.
Returns of the original item are not required.
Final-Sale Items
Items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase, gift cards, and bundles
discounted over 30% are not eligible for refunds.
EU Cooling-Off Period
Awaset does not currently ship to the European Union. EU residents who
nonetheless receive Awaset products retain the 14-day right of withdrawal
under Article 9 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10
business days. Bank processing may add a few additional days. If 16 business
days have passed since approval and the refund has not appeared, contact
support@awaset.com.
