Shipping Policy

Where We Ship
Awaset ships to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia,
and Japan. We do not currently ship to other regions, including the
European Union. If you place an order from outside our supported regions,
we will notify you and refund the full amount.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next
business day.
Shipping Time and Methods
Shipping is handled through our fulfillment partners, with estimated
transit times after processing:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
- Canada: 7–14 business days
- Australia: 7–14 business days
- Japan: 7–14 business days
Tracking information is sent to your email once your order ships.
Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and
order total. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For orders shipped outside the United States, customs duties, import
taxes, and VAT may apply on arrival in your country. These are the
recipient's responsibility and are not included in the order total or
shipping fee.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If your tracking information shows the package was delivered but you have
not received it, please first check with neighbors and your local carrier.
If the package cannot be located, contact us at support@awaset.com within
14 days of the marked delivery date and we will investigate.
For packages confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will issue a
replacement or refund at our discretion.
Address Errors
Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for
orders shipped to addresses provided incorrectly by the customer.
